What happened is that 10 years ago, some of our theologians found few such quotes from Father and for the first time started discussing this issue.
Q: What is True Father's explanation?

In Principle perspective: Growing to the top of Growth Stage was already open by Jesus. No one has ever opened the Completion Stage of growth, because this is the Family Level - only a true family can open it. Once in the spirit world Jesus cannot do that.
What Jesus wanted Father to restore beyond his spiritual victory, is restore an Eve, and create Family centered on God. That cannot be done in the spirit world. It needs substantial victory on Earth. The lineage can be established only if both: Husband and Wife, separated from Satan, stand united with God. Jesus was killed beforehand and couldn't fulfill that.
Biblical Perspective: As Jesus promised in the Bible, another will come victorious and he will give him that mission. It is clear that Father had to first overcome Satan in some way, so Jesus could give him this mission.

If once heart is wrong and invaded by evil spirits they tend to get things out of context and twist the perspective. But there is nothing new, and nothing shocking! Mostly things we already knew, or Father explained, but important to clarify now, for the sake of the future.
In fact, Father told us many times how God raised Mother from childhood, and how God gave revelation about her birth. But why some have problem hearing that from Mother herself? What's wrong with these people?
So, if God was teaching her, did he teach her well? Yes, he did!
Did Father had to struggle to explain to her his mission, as he struggled with the woman prepared by Christianity? No! Mother was raised with this education. God prepared that environment to prepare her for her mission. Father many times expressed his gratitude for that.
What was Father's biggest headache
He was desperate to fulfill the mission of creating a true family. But all women have base for Satan to invade them. Trying again and again, that could go forever! Mother, saved Father from that struggle. Didn't she? Because she fulfilled her mission. She didn't waver constantly. All their life she completely supported him. Obviously Satan had no base to invade. Otherwise she could be hundreds of times a day rebellious, just as our wives are sometimes.
And yet, the first thing in the "Champumoron" lectures now is the victory of True Parents, for which each fulfills his portion of responsibility. We cannot but notice that the things SC accuses TM are always things that Father explained, but when Mother repeats them, they accuse. This only shows their own ignorance and disrespect for Father's words.
Did Father have to learn from Mother?
Surely! That's the Principle: To understand God's feminine aspect, each husband has to learn through experience with his wife. In fact, it is Father's teaching that the wife is in the position of the Messiah for the husband. Even TF cannot reach perfection without her. That was always the core of all our lectures. Why should be a problem to hear it now?
We all learn from our wives. Nothing wrong or shameful in that. It is the beauty of God's creation, we learn and grow together.
How could he learn God's Feminine aspect otherwise? There was no other sinless women in the history! But even though Father spoke of this many times, members still don't understand. Is that Father's failure, or members failure, I don't know, but certainly is a problem now. We have to see from God's perspective. Stop twisting and accusing from our partial human viewpoints.

Did Father make many mistakes?
Surely! But mistakes are not sin! Father told us in Greece that he is the one who failed so many times but always stood up and continued. Trying again and again. That great was his determination to liberate God and humanity. In one of the HDH books he was talking about mistakes he made, that if he didn't make the providence of restoration would have been faster. We are all like that, if we go back in time we can fix many things. Notice, even if it's connected to the mistakes of many others, he takes responsibility.
The Only Begotten Daughter issue:
Why some contradict this issue? Father mentioned hundreds of times the need of Only Begotten Daughter to appear. Bible ended with this promise, that such woman will appear as a prepared bride. That was the key mission of Christianity. Did they understand and fulfilled that mission? Even members of SC and alike, don't understand DP, deny TF's explanations and keep accusing and accusing falsely. That's beyond ignorance, that's Insanity!
Please notice: Jesus personally appeared to the Inside-belly Church with revelations of Father's age. Meaning, Jesus could do that based on Father's victory of inheriting him. So Mother was the fruit of that Church, not of the official Christianity, but the sect Spiritually connected to Father. You can say that Jesus raised her as the Only Begotten Daughter. But is still connected to Father.
If Father, born from the fallen lineage, could succeed to reach individual perfection and overcome Satan, how wonderful. It means even we can do it. We have no excuse. The Divine Principle clearly explains that after the Messiah sets the model course, all humanity should reach the same victory subjugating Satan. Only then Satan will have no objects to work through, and God's Kingdom will be established on Earth as in Heaven.

It's not only their ignorance, that Father said that already. It's their evil heart. Love to accuse / and blindness to hear what Father said.
Let us all unite with God's heart and keep the attitude of Unificationists and Peacemakers, rather than Divisionists , Gossipers and Accusers, which was Satan's root nature. Let's follow Father's last direction:

To come out of the age of male struggles, now Heaven works centered on women, Father said. Women have motherly heart. That's why in his last public speech he asked us to center on Mother, who is the victorious model:
